Make Me Royal's package handling and delivery is handled by PostNL. When your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our logistics centers. We offer free shipping on all orders

Shipment times

When you have placed an order with us, we will immediately make a preview of the edited image. After approval of the sample, we will ship your portrait within 2 days.

 

Returns
Since we manufactured products in accordance with consumer instructions (personalisation), you cannot return your product to us as standard. This is because we cannot reasonably sell your product because it has been personalised 

Does your product fall under one of these points below?

• You have received a product that you did not order.
• The product you received is faulty and you have reported the issue within the trial period
• You have ordered a product based on faulty product information stated on our website

Then we will send a new, correct copy free of charge upon delivery of photographic evidence.
Have you received your sample, and are you not satisfied? Then we offer a partial refund. Because we have already invested time in making your example, we charge € 20 per example.
